Tory Lanez Claims Recovery from Stabbing Incident in Prison: Health Update Revealed

Tory Lanez is on a path to recovery, with significant signs of improvement following a troubling incident in a California correctional facility, according to reliable sources.

Recent updates suggest that Tory is back in the prison hospital after being treated at a medical center in the Bakersfield area in the last few days.

As of now, Tory’s health is reported to have “stabilized.” He is able to breathe without assistance and has regained his voice, with officials classifying his condition as fair.

This positive update is especially uplifting given the serious injuries Tory sustained during an attack on Monday. The incident reportedly involved fellow inmate Santino Casio at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.

Information from prison officials indicates that Casio assaulted Tory numerous times, inflicting multiple injuries: seven to his back, four to his torso, and three to his head and face. Initially, Tory required breathing support due to lung complications.

Earlier this week, Tory’s legal representative Jose Baez reassured the public that “Tory is keeping his spirits up. He is optimistic and healing thanks to his strong will. We expect a full recovery.”

To recall, Tory was sentenced in December 2022, having been found guilty by a jury of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot, resulting in a ten-year prison term.

Regarding Casio, he is currently serving a life sentence with the potential for parole linked to various violent offenses, including murder and attempted murder, alongside associated weapon charges and inflicting severe injury.
