Cassie Ventura shocked the courtroom today by admitting during the ongoing Diddy trial that she had an affair with an unnamed NFL player.
Under the questioning of Anna Estevao, Cassie discussed a confrontation from 2016 in which Diddy accused her of being unfaithful with the NFL player. Though she acknowledged the incident, she opted not to reveal the athlete’s identity.
She remarked, “I don’t know if he’s still playing,” when asked if the player remains in the NFL.
Next, Estevao turned the conversation to Chris Brown, highlighting a similar instance where Diddy exhibited jealousy when he thought Cassie was dancing with the famed R&B star. Cassie confirmed this but clarified, “I was not dancing with him.”

The questioning trajectory seems directed toward illustrating Diddy’s problematic behaviors with Cassie, separate from the severe allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering pressed against him.
