In an inspiring declaration, Apostle Grace Lubega, the visionary leader behind Phaneroo Ministries International, has announced an ambitious plan to construct a state-of-the-art church building, estimated at an astounding $55 million (around UGX 210 billion). What’s even more striking is his commitment to fund this monumental project entirely without loans or dependency on external donations.
While addressing his congregation, Lubega exuded confidence, stating, “I am planning to build a 55 million US dollar building and I’m not borrowing. I’m Abraham’s son. Oh, I mean it.”
He emphasized that the cornerstone of this endeavor lies not in financial resources, but in unwavering faith. “I know there’s a young man in the ministry who is ready to give a million dollars on that. He doesn’t have a job, but he has the heart. That’s the one I’m looking for,” he shared, underscoring the idea that intention and belief surpass monetary wealth.
Further, the preacher remarked, “I know people who have the money but don’t have the faith to give,” driving home the notion that conviction is far more significant than mere financial capacity.
His bold words have ignited a wave of reactions across social media platforms. While some critics have accused Lubega of manipulating his followers and even suggested he might be scheming to “scam his sheep,” there are others who believe his banking background equips him with the persuasive prowess to sell such grand dreams.
