Shares Photo with Daniel Penny…
‘So Proud,’ Calls Him ‘Hero’

Ramona Singer has ignited a storm on social media after sharing a striking photo with Daniel Penny, referring to him as a “hero.”
The former star of “Real Housewives of New York” brightened her weekend by posting a cheerful image, elegantly dressed in a black ensemble, with her arm affectionately draped around Penny’s shoulder.
In the snapshot, Penny looked sharp in a dapper suit, a beaming smile on his face as he reciprocated the embrace.
It wasn’t long before the internet erupted in reaction, with many users criticizing her decision, labeling her as “vile,” while others noted they anticipated such a post from the reality star.
Interestingly, a number of conservative voices emerged in support of Ramona’s post, as opinions about Penny have divided sharply along political lines ever since he became involved in the tragic incident that led to the death of Jordan Neely. Following the backlash, Singer decided to remove the post from her feed.
For context, Penny was acquitted of a charge involving criminally negligent homicide last December after he placed Neely in a fatal chokehold while on a subway in New York City back in 2023.
While Penny’s opponents argue that his actions crossed a dangerous threshold, supporters contend that he was merely trying to ensure the safety of his fellow passengers.
Recently, Penny had a noteworthy meeting with advocates, including President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance, shortly after his acquittal. The trio was spotted sharing laughter at the Army-Navy football game.
We have reached out to Singer regarding her controversial post, but as of now, we have yet to hear back.
