PK Kemsley Claps Back at Dorit, Pursues Joint Custody of Children

Paul “PK” Kemsley and Dorit Kemsley are officially in the thick of their divorce proceedings, and tensions are rising as they confront the custody of their children.

Recently, we shared that the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ icon Dorit initiated divorce proceedings last month, shedding light on what may soon escalate into a fierce custody fight.

Newly released court documents reveal that while Dorit sought primary legal and physical custody of their two children—11-year-old Jagger and 9-year-old Phoenix—PK has just filed a counter to her request, aiming for joint custody.

The couple tied the knot in March 2015, and they were just on the verge of celebrating their tenth anniversary when they revealed their separation in May 2024. PK has additionally requested that the court terminate the possibility of awarding spousal support to Dorit.

With Dorit making her return to ‘RHOBH,’ it’s highly likely that this unfolding personal saga will find its way into the spotlight on Bravo.
